There is a lot to discover on the island of Djurgården: many museums, Skansen, Rosendals trädgård and also Kärleksstig. This path - officially called Kronprinsessan Victorias och Prins Daniels kärleksstig (Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel’s lovers’ path) - leads through the forest and let's you enjoy a 390 meter long walk in pure nature where you can see many birds and other animals, far away from the touristic citycenter. But easy reachable by a short busride to Djurgårdsbrunn where you first walk along Djurgårdsbrunnskanalen. Cross the bridge to be on Prins Carl's väg (right side of the path). Kärleksstig is then easy to find as it's announced and you also find some information about this path. At the end of it, you arrive on Djurgårdsvägen and can take the bus 67 back to the citycenter or continue a bit further to the station "Blockhusudden" where the ferryline 80 brings you back to Nybroplan. Kärleksstig was a weddinggift from WWF to princess Victoria and prince Daniel in 2012 and is since then accessible for everyone. Enjoy some time in the nature!
